A group of women sparked outrage in Dubai after they posed naked on a balcony despite strict laws on ‘lewd’ behavior in the United Arab Emirates. They were participating in a stunt for a foreign porn site.

Radha Stirling, director and founder of Detained in Dubai, said that her organization had been informed that the hack was for an Israeli porn channel. If true, this could mean that women could be hit with heavy fines or even time in.
Stirling said: “Initially we were told that it was the Israeli branch of a US adult website. And now we hear that it is an Israeli porn channel.”
Her website states: “Our top priority is to help clients protect the best possible outcome for the UAE’s complex legal problems, regardless of how the odds are against them.”
Dubai police had previously issued a statement in reference to the incident, citing article 361 of the UAE Federal Criminal Code.
The images of the women, shared on Twitter, showed them standing in front of a penthouse in Dubai’s marina. The women, believed to be from numerous countries, have been arrested.

The police words
Stirling suspects that those responsible could face even more time behind bars. But if it turns out that the Israeli embassy is involved, they could do some kind of deal. Probably, they would have to pay several hundred thousand dirham in fines.
A police statement said that a criminal case has been registered against the arrested. They have been referred to Public Prosecution for further legal action. Dubai Police warns against such unacceptable behaviours, which do not reflect the values and ethics of Emirati society.”
