A man is accused of luring teenage girls to be raped by his wife. Both are charged with a total of nine counts of rape, kidnapping, among others.

A Whitewater Township husband and wife were arrested in connection with the alleged rapes of three young women.
Anthony, 35, and Shana Philpot, 33, have been charged with a total of nine counts, including rape, kidnapping, aiding and abetting rape and kidnapping and gross sexual imposition.
Investigators said that between 2016 and 2018, the Philpots (since they are a couple) connected with teens through Shana Philpot’s Facebook page.
That led to in-person meetings where the couple provided alcohol to the teens, investigators said.
On one side, Anthony Philpot is accused of raping the teens multiple times. While Shana is considered an accomplice.
Prosecutors said at least one of those rapes took place at their home on Old Stephens Road.
The couple was arraigned Friday and pleaded not guilty. They were each set bail at $250,000.
While on the other hand, Anthony Philpot was ordered to undergo testing for sexually transmitted diseases. This is to find out if he has not infected teenage girls with any disease.
