Two men arrested for rape and sexual exploitation after a mother found a cell phone video of the men sexually abusing her 9-month-old daughter.

Isiah Dequan Hayes, 19, and Daireus Jumare Ice, 22, were charged with rape and sexual exploitation in Memphis, Tennessee, after they were accused of raping a 9-month-old girl and recording the attack on a cell phone.
The girl’s mother discovered the cell phone video of the men sexually abusing her 9-month-old daughter, according to the district attorney’s office.
The mother reported the incident to police after finding the horrific video and realizing it showed Hayes, who was described as “a male acquaintance” by Commercial Appeal , performing sexual acts with her daughter.
One of the videos allegedly showed him exposing himself and touching himself with the baby, who was naked from the waist down. In another video, according to police, he was seen performing sexual acts with the 9-month-old girl.
According to reports, the mother was able to identify Hayes through Facebook. She then took the information she had gathered and turned it over to authorities.
Investigators determined that Hayes was in the video. Ice was identified as the person who filmed it. Hayes was allegedly only 17 years old when the videos were recorded.
Isiah Dequan Hayes was arrested and admitted to the sexual assault. BothHayes and Ice were booked into the Shelby County Jail on $10,000 bond.
A grand jury formally indicted them on charges related to the rape.
Hayes was charged with aggravated rape of a child and aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor. Ice was charged with criminal responsibility for the conduct of another in aggravated rape of a child and especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor.
