Two minors were killed and three others were seriously injured in a traffic accident that occurred Monday on a street in a town in Broward County, north of Miami (Florida), local media reported.

The incident took place on a street in the town of Wilton Manors, when a car rammed into a group of children.
The age and identity of the children are unknown at this time, as well as that of the driver of the car that hit them and whether criminal charges have been filed against him.
Two of the children died at the scene of the accident and three others were rushed to Broward Health Medical Center, where two of them are in stable condition and one is in critical condition.
Aerial footage from Channel 6 South Florida showed firefighters and police officers next to two bodies lying on the ground covered with yellow plastic sheeting.
