For families like Kara’s, the delays meant rearranging work commitments and managing tired children. “Honestly, one of the toughest experiences we have been through,” Kara lamented, highlighting the emotional strain of the ordeal.

They confirmed that multiple cancellations were due to unscheduled maintenance and that repair personnel were en route to Cancun. While the airline expressed their apologies, the experience serves as a reminder of the importance of transparency and timely communication in the travel industry.
