Jayne Rivera posed for the camera next to her father’s open casket and added a caption that read, “Butterfly flies. Rip Papi, you were my best friend. A life well lived.”

The Daily Mail adds that she also included the hashtag #dadless in her post.

The series of eight images showed her smiling, looking ardently over one shoulder and another with her hands clasped together in prayer.

While she found it a touching tribute to the patriarch of her family, many of her followers called it “vile” and “disgusting” that she turned a funeral into a photo shoot.

One person wrote: “Not cool Jayne, your dad was a decorated veteran, a photo taken next to his casket should be beneath you. May he rest in eternal peace.”

Another added: “M ** rda is just vile and of course disgusting.” While a third added: “The fact that you post something like this tells us all we need to know about you.”

Many of her followers told her to delete the image and apologize for the careless post, however, the Florida influencer went a step further.

She has since shut down her entire account as she goes into damage control following the PR nightmare.

The influencer has not made any public statement on any of her accounts about the fall, nor has she apologized.
