Leo Messi continues to adapt to his new life in Paris and after managing to break the goal barrier with his first Champions League goal, the Argentine has not yet settled in what will be his new home in France.

For the moment, the PSG striker has been living for a few weeks in a luxury hotel in the capital, for which he pays an amount of 20,000 euros per night and which in recent days has given much to talk about in the international press.

A theft of several thousand euros

As revealed in the last hours by the British newspaper ‘The Sun’, this prestigious and exclusive hotel has suffered in the last week a robbery that has left its customers very worried and hurt, although it has not affected Leo Messi or his family members.

A gang of thieves entered the building through one of the balconies that the rooms have and did it through the upper part of the building. Security cameras have even shown two hooded men climbing up to the sixth floor balcony, where the robbery took place.

The unfortunate victim of this robbery was a financial advisor from Dubai, who had left Paris that night after booking a one-night stay for €1,100.

The next day, she found that she had been robbed of a gold necklace valued at €3,500, earrings worth €580 and more than €2,300 in cash. Outraged by this unfortunate event, she acknowledged to this media that “paying a fortune for an elegant and safe place, and that someone enters your room, is very annoying”.

Leo Messi has already signed the contract to move into his new mansion, and the move would be close to happen, according to the same newspaper ‘The Sun’.

The concern and worry among the hotel guests has increased, and the truth is that the Argentine and his family are counting the hours to settle in their new home and start their new life in Paris.
