Black bear or American bear
The black bear, also called the American black bear, is a species of carnivorous mammal of the Ursidae family. It is the most common bear in North America. It is smaller than the brown bear and the polar bear, with a more or less dark skin color.
It has a robust body, short tail, small and round ears. The black bear can reach more than 1.4 meters in length.
Grizzly bear
These bears are brown in color and reach a weight of 130-360 kg, although some Alaskan specimens have surprised with a higher weight. They measure 1.02 meters in height from ground to shoulder on average, but their average body length is 2 meters.
Polar bear
The polar bear or white bear (Ursus maritimus) is a species of carnivorous mammal of the bear family (Ursidae).
They are distributed throughout the Arctic because they do not live in groups, they are solitary animals. The size of the bears varies: it is about 3 meters for a male bear standing on its hind legs and 2 meters for females.
