The Knightsbridge restaurant is looking for an experienced chef de partie to join its team, offering a ‘highly competitive salary’ of $16.35 to $18.39 per hour, plus tips.

To put that in context, £12 is what the restaurant charges for a portion of mashed potato. So I would expect the staff to at least get a discount on meals.
The job advert says: “Amazing opportunity for an experienced Chef De Partie to join the Nusret team at the new London restaurant!

You would think of all the restaurants, Nusret London would have no problem finding staff, but it seems that even the highly publicized Salt Bae restaurant is struggling with labor shortages.
The restaurant recently held three open hiring days, but when a reporter from the Evening Standard went to check out the buzz, they were surprised to find no one there.
