MTV’s “Jersy Shore” reality star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro was arrested this afternoon for domestic violence.

Jersey Shore star Ronnie Ortiz–Magro was arrested on April 22 in Los Angeles on suspicion of intimate partner violence.
Ronnie Ortiz-Magro’s legal troubles just escalated.
Ronnie Ortiz-Magro is in police custody after cops assumed he was involved in domestic violence.
Law enforcement sources tell us the “Jersey Shore” star was arrested Thursday in Los Angeles for domestic violence in crime.
The LAPD confirms he was taken into custody at 4:15 AM and will remain behind bars.
In May 2020, the Los Angeles district office confirmed to the prosecutor that the MTV reality personality reached a plea deal and entered an uncontested plea to a domestic assault charge.
As for Ronnies latest arrest, his attorney said in a statement, “We have just learned of the new allegations against Ronnie and need some additional time to further investigate.”
Authorities confirmed that they used a taper on Ronnie, who was arrested on suspicion of violence and kidnapping.
Ronnie was ultimately charged with domestic violence, tampering with a weapon, child endangerment, false arrest of Jen, resisting arrest and criminal threats.
The arrest is bad news for Ronnie, as he is currently on probation. And he went on to post bail of up to $100,000.
