Michael Jordan is still so torn over the loss of Kobe Bryant that he says he can’t bring himself to delete the last text messages, which he received days before his death from the Lakers legend.

The NBAS G.O.A.T. revealed this week his last conversations with Bryant on Dec. 8, 2019 just 49 days ago before Kobe and his daughter, Gianna, died in a helicopter crash.

Jordan told ESPN’s Jackie MacMullen that the conversation was simple … Kobe complimented his new tequila, asked about his family and commented on Gianna’s coaching of the women’s basketball team.

“This tequila is incredible.” commented Jordan that Kobe texted him when days earlier he had sent him a bottle.

“Thanks a lot buddy.” Said Jordan who was Kobe’s reply.

“Well, man, how’s the family? Kobe replied.

“My family’s good and yours?

“All good.”

Jordan says the messages mean a lot to him.

Jordan added, “I don’t know why, but I can’t erase it.”

Michael Jordan, was chosen by Vanessa Bryant to introduce Kobe at the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame ceremonies.

The former basketball star said the honor is huge and she will be happy remembering her great friend all her life.

“He paid the utmost respect by emulating certain things I did,” Jordan added.
