Mandy Moore

Mandy Moore is a lucky lady!

In her Instagram stories on Wednesday, the actress, 36, revealed that she found out that her beloved dog Jackson was now cancer-free only a few hours before she went to work.

“In the flutter of all things Gus, I would strive if I did not mention that this guy received a clean healthy welfare,” she captioned a photo of the puppy, last month’s emergency operations undertook.

“His tumor was benign. Cancer-free.”

Mandy Moore has a lot more to be grateful for after this week.

Mandy Moore announced the arrival of August, her first child with husband Taylor Goldsmith, a week before Jackson’s procedure.

“Gus is here πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™,” she wrote on 23 February next to a picture of the child.

“He was on time and came right at his due date, very much to his parents’ joy. We were ready to fall in love with all sorts of brand new ways, but it’s about everything we can ever imagine.” ”

The star continued to reveal the sweet story behind her name of her son, what Moore said that she and her husband have decided early in pregnancy.

“It was last August, when @Taylordawesgoldsmith and I found out that we had a boy (it is also Taylor’s birth month), and we always loved the name,” she wrote days later next to a photo of the newborn with a small gray blanket his name embroidered about it.

Mandy Moore also shared that the ceiling of her son still holds sentimental value for the couple.

“For our anniversary in November, me with this ceiling with the ‘a’ (for Amanda) from the extra material of my wedding dress and ‘t’ (for Taylor) from his wedding dress and ‘t’ (for Taylor) from his wedding shirt,” she wrote.

“Felt like a very suitable merger of our whole story. I can not wait to insist on our sweet August someday at our sweet August. πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™.”
