The difficulties of live television are well known. An Argentine reporter has found out the hard way:
Christian Martin, a former Argentine rugby player, was standing on the sidewalk of a main street when the mystery man came up behind him and pulled down his pants.
One of the journalists who was in the studio jokingly told him “Someone behind you just waved.”
Turning around and seeing the man, Christian – who now lives in the UK – called out to him saying, “Come on over, mate, be my guest – do you want to say something?”.
When the man refused, Christian called the stranger a “little squirrel” and shouted at him from across the street.
He said, “If you’re going to wear jogging pants, do some sport.
The ESL is a controversial new competition that was announced late on Sunday night (April 18).
It involves 12 soccer clubs from around the world – Manchester United, Manchester City, Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur, Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid, Barcelona, Inter Milan, AC Milan and Juventus.
These 12 cannot be returned by the league, meaning they will qualify each year.
Since it was announced that clubs intended to attend a new midweek tournament from the traditional Champions League setup, fans, former players and joys, have shared their displeasure.
For Sky Sports said former United defender Gary Neville: “In the course of Covid is an absolute scandal.”
“Manchester United and the rest of the big six clubs who have signed him should be ashamed of themselves.”
He added: “The European Super League, is Arsenal in it? They’ve just drawn with Fulham.
And Manchester United are drawing with Burnley. I must admit I can’t concentrate on the game, me.
“Deduct points from them all, do it for a season, it’s a joke.”
