Former employees of Kim Kardashian, star of KUWTK have been sued by 7 of her employees accusing her of not paying them and not allowing them time to eat.

Seven former employees of Kim Kardashian who worked at her $60 million home sued them, accusing her of not paying them properly and breaking them so they could eat.
Andrew Ramirez, his brother Christopher Ramirez and son Andrew Ramirez Jr, along with Aron Cabrea, Rene Ernesto Flores, Jesse Fernandez and Robert Araiza, accused Kardashian.
Frank Kim, the plaintiff’s attorney, stated that “wage theft and other workplace violations are a widespread problem in Los Angeles.”
In some cases, allegations of failing to pay numerous employees ‘on the spot’ in some cases, as well as failing to award overtime wages, meal and rest breaks and business costs, to which they were legally entitled as employees in the state, rather than individual contractors.”
“A rep for Kim tells TMZ that she has contracted with a third-party vendor for the actual maintenance/cleaning services, and it’s not the agreement that was struck between the vendor and the workers,” TMZ reported.
Kim takes great pride in paying promptly for her work so this issue has nothing to do with her, and these workers sued the wrong person.”
“She doesn’t have a history of not paying her bills on time – she never has and never will.
These employees have never worked directly for Kim, but through an outside vendor.” He quoted a source close to Kim.
