Jared Bell, who played Drake on the hit Nickelodeon series “Drake and Josh,” is facing charges in Cuyahoga County for crimes against a child.

The Drake and Josh star, 34, is being officially charged with disseminating material offensive to minors and attempting to put children in serious danger.
Court proceedings show that the Cleveland Division of Police was the agency that obtained his arrest, but do not specify when he was arrested.
His mugshot taken at the Cuyahoga County Jail indicates he was arrested on Thursday, June 3, shortly before 3 p.m.

Records show Bell also appeared in Cuyahoga County court yesterday. He pleaded not guilty and answered to the charge.
The alleged incident reportedly originated on Dec.
1, 2017.
Bell, who also goes by the stage name Drake Campana, tweeted in October 2017 that he was scheduled to perform at The Odeon Concert Club in Cleveland on Dec. 1, 2017.

Some documents note that the star posted a $2500 personal bond. Separately, a pre-trial hearing is scheduled for June 23.
Bell received a no-contact order and was asked to produce DNA, which is a standard rule in Cuyahoga County courts.
“Drake and Josh” was a hit show that aired from 2004 to 2007, with several spin-offs. Bell has continued to do voice work and has released several albums with which he has toured the country.
