Three female police officers have accused their superiors of abuse, claiming they were sexually harassed and assaulted in an alleged operation to catch “pimps”.

Three Harris County, Texas, police officers filed a lawsuit Monday claiming they were sexually harassed and assaulted by their supervisors while on the job in the fight against human trafficking.
They claim they were selected for “undercover operations” when they had just joined law enforcement, and that their supervisors have used “singles parties” to catch pimps.
The attempt to catch the pimps turned into an “alcohol-soaked playground for sexual exploitation.”
One of them was even ordered to allow herself to be penetrated by an alleged rapist in order to arrest him.
The attorney said these were “Latina officers with little or no experience.”
The plaintiffs are Liz Gomez, Marissa Sanchez and Felecia McKinney, former and current officers and citizens of Texas.
When they raised their concerns with their bosses, they were ridiculed and retaliated against and given worse assignments.
The lawsuit has been filed against Sheriff Alan Rosen of the District 1 precinct and two of his deputies, Chris Gore and Shane Rigdon.
Both Rosen and the Harris County office had known about these abuses for months but refused to take any action.
