In the midst of uncertainty, images are circulating in social networks showing the anguish and desperation of innocent people suffering the consequences of the Russian offensive.

This time, a painful video was released in Ukraine where a man was forced to separate from his family to keep them safe.

The event was starred by a father and his daughter on board a bus, who have an emotional farewell.

Heartbroken, the father gives a tight hug and a kiss to his little girl, who also cries as she is about to be moved with other children to safety.

In the heartbreaking scene, the man is also seen giving the girl a cross to remember him forever.

“The dad stays behind to fight. He is giving her a cross he was wearing to remember him, not knowing if they will ever meet again,” reads the post on the Instagram account ‘Greek reporter‘, where the video was shared.

Undoubtedly, the image has moved thousands of Internet users, who ask for prayers and a lot of peace for the population in Ukraine.

All men between 18 and 60 years old are forbidden to leave the country and that is why families are separated.

They are forced to fight with the army. This is the case of a boy, who is about to enter combat and says goodbye to his parents: “We are about to leave, mom and dad, I love you”.

This is the face of a war waged by Russia against Ukraine, in which 100,000 people have already had to leave their homes in little more than 24 hours. Some are taking refuge wherever they can, in bunkers or in subway stations, set up by the Ukrainian government as a refuge for the civilian population.
