We live under a constant bombardment of images, headlines and tweets that sometimes make us think we are back from everything. And that’s not the case. An example of this is the new alliance between Crocs and Balenciaga.

The most famous clogs of recent years have teamed up with the veteran Spanish fashion brand to create heeled sandals that have unsettled Internet users.

The new collection is called ‘Clones‘ and is faithful to the essence of both firms. Plastic material and simple colors. They will be available in green, gray and black. Although there is still no date for its arrival in stores, the price will not be low.

Balenciaga’s last collaboration with Crocs was in 2017 and on that occasion they launched clogs with maxi platform. They sold out in a short time and their price was close to 700 euros.

Also then it caused the same surprise as now.

And it is that you either hate them or you love them. There are many artists who have given them popularity, showing them at events, networks and red carpets. One of the latest has been Questlove, who wore them to this year’s Golden Globes.

Others, however, don’t even want them as a gift. This is the case of the designer Victoria Beckham, who kindly rejected the ones that Justin Bieber sent her.

Whatever their love for each other, the truth is that this alliance has generated many comments on social networks.
