A real mixed bag, neighbors. Sometimes they’re nice and helpful, watering the plants on your way out of town or offering a friendly greeting in the morning as you pass in the hallway.

Other times they move the couches around 2 p.m. and make eyes at your hoofed feet or peek conspicuously over your common fence.

There will always be neighbors…unless, of course, you’re Rihanna. Now Rihanna is her own neighbor.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Rihanna bought just for $10 million in Beverly Hills, right next door to the $15.8 million she bought three months ago.

During reports her recent acquisition as “decidedly luxurious, though not exactly thrilling,” she describes, its 3,549 square feet includes four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and a pool.

In her other properties Rihanna owns a Hollywood Hills estate, a home in native Barbados, a condo in Los Angeles’ Wilshire corridor and a $5.5 million penthouse, according to Dirt.

So it looks like Rihanna still has a few neighbors, anyway.

Between these two homes, Rihanna alone presents more than an acre of land in this area.

Kudos to Rihanna on this latest property achievement.
