Caitlyn Jenner the Olympic athlete and former reality TV star announced her intention to go into politics earlier this year, and it’s been a rocky road ever since.

Caitlyn Jenner vows to cancel ‘cancellation culture’ if elected governor

In a statement on Twitter, Caitlyn wrote: “When elected governor of California, I WILL CANCEL, cancel the culture and wake up to the awakening.”

Celebrity critics have joined the concept of “canceling the culture,” which is if the general public is turned off by a person, place or thing, they disagree on the basis of a revelation, explanation or claim.

Many comedians and entertainers have recently spoken out about this idea and believe it is stifling comedy and causing screenwriters to no longer take chances on TV shows and movies.

How Caitlyn plans to quash the “nullification culture” or make people “woke” aware of the real issues is an unknown.

Ms. Jenner believes she will be a strong candidate for the hotly contested California governorship.

In an interview with CNN, Caitlyn believes her experience as a businesswoman has prepared her for the role of running a massive state.

“I’ve been in the business world. People think: you’ve been in show business, you consider yourself a reality star. I certainly have, but entertainment is a business, and you have to do this business,” she said.

Since announcing her candidacy to run California, she has been criticized.

She was also criticized for complaining that all her celebrity friends are leaving California. Speaking to Sean Hannity on Fox News, Caitlyn said, “Businesses are leaving left and right, 18,000 businesses, 18,000 companies, 18,000 stores have left California.”
