With only 21 years old, Kristina Dukic, one of the best known influencers in Serbia, has decided to take her own life. According to her own family members, the young woman reported from her social profile, she would have committed suicide because she could not stand the harassment and insults she received through the Internet.

“This is a difficult time for all of us and all we can do is keep her memory alive. We love you, Kika, and miss you more than words can explain. If you have suicidal thoughts or suffer from depression, talk to someone, don’t be alone,” commented her mother in a brief statement on the profile of the ‘youtuber’ and ‘influencer‘.

Apparently, Kristina Dukic had been enduring harassment and insults from trolls for more than five years. However, in recent months these verbal aggressions would have increased after the criticism of several Serbian ‘youtubers’ who launched contents in which they labeled the young woman as “fake”.
Seeing that these other ‘influencers’ had criticized the way of working of the 21-year-old, her followers decided to leave Kristina Dukic a multitude of insults in which they encouraged her to take her own life.
Several of her friends have contacted several Serbian media to ask the professionals to report on the harsh and brutal harassment that the young woman has been enduring for the past five years.
The last post that Kristina Dukic shared on her Instagram account was a selfie accompanied by the caption “She said ‘where are we going’, I said ‘to the moon'”.

Now, her relatives have taken over her personal Instagram account where they have informed all their followers about the young woman’s funeral.
