An alleged child predator in Brooklyn has been spotted near schools during homecoming using his dogs on several occasions to lure children.

Brooklyn Leadership Prep Ocean Hill Elementary School in Brownsville has passed a statement to parents warning them about the alleged man, who has been identified by police as 25-year-old Brandon Rodriguez.
According to the school, the alleged predator has been spotted near the school during homecoming and pick-up times with his dogs.
Rodriguez allegedly approached a 13-year-old girl and asked her to take a picture of him with his dog last May 24, police said.
He allegedly took her to an apartment building, touched her inappropriately and prevented her from leaving by placing a dog by the door and taking the girl’s purse.
He fled when the victim’s friend called her, the officer said.
The next day, Rodriguez asked a 12-year-old girl to take a picture of him with her dog. But as luck would have it, the girl ran away when Rodriguez tried to take her into a building.
About an hour later, Rodriguez asked an 11-year-old girl to take a photo of him with her dog, authorities said.
But as luck would have it, this girl also fled when the alleged child predator tried to take her into an apartment building.
Police have asked for help in locating Rodriguez. Who is about 5 feet, 5 inches tall and wears her hair in braids.
She was last seen wearing a black hooded sweater and black pants. One of his dogs is a Husky and the breed of the other dog is unknown, but it is smaller than the Husky.
