Brooklyn Leadership Prep Ocean Hill Elementary School in Brownsville has passed a statement to parents warning them about the alleged man, who has been identified by police as 25-year-old Brandon Rodriguez.

According to the school, the alleged predator has been spotted near the school during homecoming and pick-up times with his dogs.

Rodriguez allegedly approached a 13-year-old girl and asked her to take a picture of him with his dog last May 24, police said.

He allegedly took her to an apartment building, touched her inappropriately and prevented her from leaving by placing a dog by the door and taking the girl’s purse.

He fled when the victim’s friend called her, the officer said.

The next day, Rodriguez asked a 12-year-old girl to take a picture of him with her dog. But as luck would have it, the girl ran away when Rodriguez tried to take her into a building.

About an hour later, Rodriguez asked an 11-year-old girl to take a photo of him with her dog, authorities said.

She was last seen wearing a black hooded sweater and black pants. One of his dogs is a Husky and the breed of the other dog is unknown, but it is smaller than the Husky.
