An arrest warrant has been issued for Marilyn Manson for two counts of Class A simple assault which could land him in jail for less than a year and a fine of $2,000.00 or less.

A warrant has been issued for Marilyn Manson’s arrest

The Gilford Police Department in the United States said Manson, whose real name is Brian Hugh Warner, is wanted for an alleged 2019 incident at the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion.

According to the Gilford Police Department, the alleged August 18, 2019 attacks have taken place and a cameraman involved in one of the 52-year-old’s concerts.

In a statement posted on Facebook, the Police Authority wrote Gilford: “The alleged attacks involved a cameraman. Mr. Warner, his agent and legal counsel had long been aware of the arrest warrant, and he has not attempted to return to New Hampshire to respond to the pending charges.”

“The issue of an arrest warrant is not a debt.” Explained police.

“The cameraman was from a NH-based company to be audited to the concert, and was center stage, when the alleged attacks occurred.

“A Class A felony in NH can be a potential jail time of less than one year and a fine of $2,000.00 or less.”

“According to SPIN, the cameraman claimed that Manson’s saliva had come in contact with his arm during the concert.

Manson’s attorney, Howard King, told the publication: ‘It’s no secret to anyone who has attended a Marilyn Manson concert that he likes to be provocative on stage, especially in front of a camera.'”

Police specified that the allegations were not sexual in nature because Manson’s former fiancée, Evan Rachel Wood, said she is a survivor of rape and domestic abuse.

“After asking for evidence of alleged harm, we never received a response.” Police said.

Manson denied the allegations and described them as “horrible distortions of reality” in an Instagram post.
