A transparent pool built more than 30 meters off the ground is making people dizzy and sick to their stomachs.

After images were posted of people enjoying the pool, built between two London skyscrapers, people felt deeply uncomfortable.

The stomach-churning pool is located at Embassy Gardens, a luxury apartment complex in South London.

This facility is only open to brave residents of the buildings, who were spotted bathing in it on a day when temperatures soared to 24°C.

The website promoting this vertigo-inducing aquatic facility says: “The world’s first floating pool is exclusive to Embassy Gardens residents and their guests.”

“This 25-meter-long crystalline pool appears to float in mid-air. When you dive in, there is nothing but clarity between you and the world below.”

But in addition to making you want to vomit, others pointed out that the pool is not open to those who live there through shared ownership plans.

Earlier this year, Nadeem Iqbal, who lives in the shared ownership apartments, said, “We have a front row seat to the Sky Pool, but the sad thing for those of us who live in the shared ownership building is that we will never have access to it.”

Continued the property resident, “No one expects these amenities to be free, but we don’t even have the option to pay for them.”
