A terrible scene has unfolded at a zoo in Uzbekistan. There, a mother threw her 3-year-old daughter into the bear enclosure. The woman did so without flinching.
A mother threw her 3-year-old daughter into the bear enclosure: she is charged with attempted murder
The little girl fell into the pit and one of the animals approached her. Fortunately, it only sniffed her. Soon the zoo staff appeared and rescued the little girl safe and sound. The mother is charged with felony attempted murder.
The zoo reported what happened through its Facebook page: “The workers in the predator section reacted quickly and began to lure him into an interior section, where he soon entered”. After the rescue, the girl was examined by a nurse to make sure she was in good condition.
The little girl suffered concussions and bruises from the fall, “but not a single trace of injury from the bear’s fangs or claws.”
The Uzbekistan Zoo has emphasized the bear’s sociable nature
It has also highlighted the good work of the keepers with the animals: “They do not treat the bears roughly, they try to pamper them with treats all the time and can easily control their behavior, even in such an extreme situation,” they write.
Zuzu, the bear that finally did not attack the minor, arrived at the zoo 5 years ago: “It was in 2017 and from the beginning he was loved by the whole team for his sociability, playfulness and openness to the public.”
