A mother has given birth to her third set of twins in a row, which means she has had six babies in five years. The mother of six says it has been a blessing to have six children from three pregnancies.

Jolene Mckee, 32, and her husband, Andrew, 33, of Brooklyn, New York, are now a family of eight after welcoming their third set of twins, Aiden and Jaiden, now three months old.
The mother of six says it’s been a blessing to have six children from three pregnancies, and since twins are all they know, she feels increasingly professional.
Jolene and Andrew now have Peyton and Paige, five, Abigail and Andrew, three, and new additions, Aiden and Jaiden.
All are fraternal (non-identical) twins.
“But it’s a blessing to have had six babies in just three pregnancies. When I found out I was pregnant with twins for the third time, I completely accepted that this was what I was meant to do.
“I feel very fortunate to have had all three combinations, girl twins, boy-girl twins and now our boy twins.
Before becoming pregnant with the older twins, Peyton and Paige, she had suffered a miscarriage and three months later discovered she was pregnant again.
Two years later, Jolene became pregnant again and discovered again that she was expecting twins. She recalls having a hint that she was pregnant with another set of twins.
However, she says she was still shocked when the news was confirmed and her husband was in shock.
Jolene adds, “All of my pregnancies have gone very well, but it was very different the second and third time, being pregnant and at the same time being an active mother. But I had to keep going.”
“After giving birth to Abigail and Andrew, it was a challenge to have two sets of twins,” she says.
“After getting pregnant for the third time, I was 100 percent sure it couldn’t be another set of twins. I thought it would definitely be one baby. Then, when we found out it was twins for the third time, we were in shock.”
Jolene says the reason she has so many sets of twins is because she has an overactive uterus, which she says causes her to release two eggs at once.
