Zachary Samuel Maidment, 29, is charged and out on bail after ingesting cocaine in the penthouse of the Gold Coast Star Casino on July 27 last year.
The former sheriff was in the midst of celebrating his birthday with his former fiancée, Playboy cover girl Tyana Hansen, 25.
The couple poses as “the ex-couple you’ve been waiting for” to create unique explicit content on the aforementioned platform.
Hansen, a former Playboy and Maxim cover girl, already has a large following on the adult platform OnlyFans, where she claims to earn a six-figure salary.
According to posts on his Instagram account, which has more than 77,000 followers, some of the quickie videos were shot in the same penthouse suite.

The court heard that police saw the heavily tattooed 29-year-old strongman measuring cocaine, while Hansen was seen snorting the drug.
Maidment allegedly watched as Hansen consumed the drug from the butt of another naked woman and then proceeded to snort cocaine from her breasts.
