According to Harris County Sheriff’s Deputy Thomas Gilliland, “she was struck by another vehicle that failed to stop.” Sources report.
The accident caused onlookers to be visually stunned at what happened. “A lot of people were very traumatized by what happened.”
Detectives say the motive for the argument is still unclear, however, the girl’s mother is cooperating with authorities. As for the driver of the vehicle that fled the scene, investigators are still looking for information that will lead them.
According to reports, he could be charged, although there is a possibility that he did not know what happened, authorities said.

He added, “They may not have had time to stop, but once you hit a person, you have to stop.”
