According to the local media, the girl, nicknamed “Tong Tong”, suffered the accident in the school hallway, while all the children were attending physical education class. The girl’s father claims that one of the children accidentally hit her, causing her to stumble, hit her head against the wall and faint.

According to the teachers the children were excitedly running down the hallway towards the physical education class and that is when the accident occurred. School security cameras show the physical education teacher carrying little Ya Tong into the teachers’ lounge after the accident.

A stroke caused by the blow

After this, the girl regained consciousness and the teachers asked her if she was okay. The boy who hit her apologized to her and all the children returned to class. The girl returned to class at lunchtime, where she told her parents that she felt dizzy.

She still returned to school after lunch.

Shortly thereafter, the parent received a call from the school in which one of the teachers told her that the child was nauseous and related the morning accident in which the child had hit her head on a wall.

Following the call, the teaching team detected a lump above the girl’s ear the size of an egg, after which they decided to take the girl to the hospital in one of the teacher’s cars.

Parents will donate their organs to keep their daughter’s heart beating

The little girl had suffered a stroke after the blow she suffered in the school hallway that morning and, although she was hospitalized for 9 days fighting for her life, she ended up passing away.

Ya Tong’s father complained that the teachers had not detected the problem much earlier or had not alerted him right after his daughter received the blow.

“She told me she forgot to eat lunch at noon. That’s the last sentence my daughter said to me,” says the father, who has decided to donate all of his daughter’s organs.

“I don’t want to be a hero. I just want to let my daughter’s heart keep beating,” he says.
