She’s only 6, but she was as crafty as if she were 10 years older.
The company the child has kept surprises and makes you smile. The same can’t be said for the mother, who is frantic about what has happened and quite worried.
The little girl’s name is Ashlynd Howell and she had a very specific mission to accomplish: to shop on Amazon using her mother’s smartphone. Possibly without having to go through her consent. For the record, Ashlynd succeeded and walked away with the modest sum of $200.
But how, if mom’s cell phone was fingerprint-protected? Now we reveal the mystery.
What little Ashlynd came up with is something truly brilliant . First, he waited for his mother to fall asleep. Afterwards, he approached her very carefully so as not to wake her up and gently took her finger and placed it on the smartphone.
Here is the fingerprint he needed. At that point, once logged in through the Amazon app, all he had to do was unleash the shopping .
